Tickets cannot be cancelled and/or refunded after we have issued an Order Confirmation, unless the Event has been cancelled.
We accept Visa, American Express & Mastercard payment methods.
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider Stripe.
We are unable to accept Cash, Cheque, Direct Debit or any other payment method.
Ticket Crowd is an event selling website and not an event organiser, so we may not be able to answer specific questions about an event.
We recommend you contact the event organiser directly by visiting the event page (listed on our homepage) and using their contact form.
