General Questions

E-tickets are sent to you automatically when you purchase tickets. 

If you purchased your tickets after 24th February 2020, you can also download tickets via your ‘Member Account‘. 

Please check your Junk/Spam folders if you can’t find your tickets. 

If you still can’t find your tickets please Contact Us and we’ll resend the tickets out to you.

Tickets cannot be cancelled and/or refunded after we have issued an Order Confirmation, unless the Event has been cancelled.

We accept Visa, American Express & Mastercard payment methods.

Payments are processed securely via our payment provider Stripe. 

We are unable to accept Cash, Cheque, Direct Debit or any other payment method.

Ticket Crowd is an event selling website and not an event organiser, so we may not be able to answer specific questions about an event.

We recommend you contact the event organiser directly by visiting the event page (listed on our homepage) and using their contact form.

Manage Event

  • Login to your ‘Member Account‘.
  • Click ‘Create Event‘ from the navigation menu.
  • Please complete the required ‘Basic’, ‘Gallery & Video’, ‘Tickets’ and ‘Event Date(s)’ tabs.
  • You can optionally complete the ‘Discount Codes’ and ‘Staff Member’ tabs.
  • Click the ‘Save Event’ tab as you go or when you’ve finished adding your event.

Your event will now be submitted to us for approval.

  • You can edit and manage your events via your ‘Member Account‘.
  • Once you’ve logged in click ‘Event listing‘.

You’ll now see a summery of the events you’ve listed on Ticket Crowd. Including the number of tickets sold.

  • Login to your ‘Member Account‘.
  • Click ‘Event Listing‘ from the navigation menu.
  • Click the ‘Manage Event – View Bookings & Tickets‘ button of the event you’d like to manage.
  • Click ‘Bookings‘ from the navigation menu.

You’ll then see a list of all completed bookings for your chosen event.

  • Login to your ‘Member Account‘.
  • Click ‘Event Listing‘ from the navigation menu.
  • Click the ‘Manage Event – View Bookings & Tickets‘ button of the event you’d like to manage.
  • Click ‘Bookings‘ from the navigation menu.
  • Click the ‘Choose fields to export‘ button.
  • Un-select the fields that you don’t need to export.
  • Click the ‘Export CSV‘ button.

You can then open the CSV file with Excel or similar program.

  • Login to your ‘Member Account‘.
  • Click ‘Event Listing‘ from the navigation menu.
  • Click the ‘Manage Event – View Bookings & Tickets‘ button of the event you’d like to manage.
  • Click ‘Tickets‘ from the navigation menu.

You’ll then see a list of all purchased for your chosen event.

  • Login to your ‘Member Account‘.
  • Click ‘Event Listing‘ from the navigation menu.
  • Click the ‘Manage Event – View Bookings & Tickets‘ button of the event you’d like to manage.
  • Click ‘Tickets‘ from the navigation menu.
  • Click the ‘Choose fields to export‘ button.
  • Un-select the fields that you don’t need to export.
  • Click the ‘Export CSV‘ button.

You can then open the CSV file with Excel or similar program.
